This Remote Sales Policy (“Agreement”) is entered into on 10.02.2023 by and between OCEANACCESSORIES(TEKINSHOP), with a business address of EMİNÖNÜ/FATİH/TÜRKİYE , Rustem Paşa Mahallesi Marpuccular Caddesi No:13, and Buyer , with a business address of EMİNÖNÜ/FATİH/TÜRKİYE , Rustem Paşa Mahallesi Marpuccular Caddesi No:13 ..

Purpose. The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions under which OCEANACCESSORIES(TEKINSHOP) will sell and Buyer will purchase the products listed in Exhibit A attached hereto.
Products. The products covered by this Agreement are described in Exhibit A attached hereto.OCEANACCESSORIES(TEKINSHOP) agrees to sell and Buyer agrees to purchase the products listed in Exhibit A in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Price. The price for the products covered by this Agreement is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto. All prices are quoted in dolar. The price does not include any taxes or duties that may be imposed by any government entity. OCEANACCESSORIES(TEKINSHOP) is responsible for payment of all such taxes and duties.
Payment Terms. Payment for the products covered by this Agreement will be due https://oceanaccessories.net/refund_returns/.
Delivery. Delivery of the products covered by this Agreement will be made DELIVERY POLICY. OCEANACCESSORIES(TEKINSHOP) will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs unless otherwise agreed to by the parties.
Limitation of Liability. OCEANACCESSORIES(TEKINSHOP)’es liability arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the products covered by this Agreement, whether arising out of contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the products. In no event shall OCEANACCESSORIES(TEKINSHOP) be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Confidentiality. Buyer agrees to hold in confidence and not disclose to any third party any confidential information received from OCEANACCESSORIES(TEKINSHOP) under this Agreement.
Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Buyer will return all confidential information received from OCEANACCESSORIES(TEKINSHOP).
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of TBMM.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.
Assignment. This Agreement shall not be assignable by Buyer without the prior written consent of OCEANACCESSORIES(TEKINSHOP).
